Message	Here's the current score: Vacuum gauge test indicates normal-high vacuum at idle --no air leaks. FSM PCV test indicates engine rpm remains fixed --no air leaks. Pressurizing the plenum I can't hold more than 1 psi, most significant air leak comes from the stem of the EGR valve --some leak. Thanks for the carb cleaner (or better yet starting fluid) recommendation.
